Marbury had another big night, scoring 32 points with 10 rebounds and five assists, but the Suns managed just 14 points in the fourth quarter. Anfemee Hardaway had 17 points and II rebounds for Phoenix.

San Antonio missed several key free throws in Game One but went 19-for-25 from the free-throw line in Game Two, including two by Duncan in the final minute.

In Indianapolis, Jermaine O'Neal had 23 points and 20 rebounds as the Indiana Pacers defeated the Boston Celtics 89-77 to tie their Eastern Conference first round series 1-1.

Antoine Walker scored 19 points to lead the Celtics Monday while Pierce was held to just 16. Walter McCarty also had 16 points.

Boston trailed by as many as 18 points early in the game but twice closed to within a point, although they never led.

In Sacramento, Peja Stojakovic scored 29 points as the Kings took a 2-0 series lead over Utah by downing the Jazz 108-95.

Vlade Divac had 15 points, seven rebounds and five assists for Sacramento while Bobby Jackson also had 15 points. Jim Jackson added 11 points and Mike Bibby chipped in with 10.

Andrei Kirilenko led Utah with 17 points while Karl Malone added 15.
